How do I upload my web site via FTP?

To start you will need an FTP program. You can use any standard FTP Client to upload files to your account. 

Filezilla is one of the best FTP clients available and even better it is FREE. A copy is available from the Downloads area of our website or you can get one direct from http://www.filezilla.com

SmartFTP is a free FTP client and can be downloaded at:

Linux Users:

Fetch is the most popular FTP client for the Macintosh.

You can also use the integrated file manager within the control panel to upload files.

If you use FrontPage, Dreamweaver or similiar programs that support ftp, you can use those as well.
