I'm getting a connection timeout error when using FTP.
578 viewsFTP Timeout - If you get this error it means it has been more than 300 seconds since your last action on the FTP server.
Our servers all have a 300 second limit set on FTP inactivity, to keep server load down this limit will not be raised.
