Re opening a closed ticket

A ticket is closed automatically after no response from the submitter in 96 hours. 

A notification is sent to the recipient advising of due process in how to recativate a closed ticket. Copy of this is detailed below to assist you - 

This  notification confirms that your technical support request - ticket #123456 has been marked as resolved in our system. This is usually because the request has been answered in full, or there has been no response from you in the last 96 hours.

If you feel that this eTicket has not been resolved, you can re-open the  ticket by submitting a reply to the link detailed to you. Ticket will then automatically reopen.
